As a fireless locomotive (as built) this was previously at Heferfabrik, Delft, Netherlands, later for Spiritusfabriek in the same city as No. 3. It went to the NSS, Katwijk and, in 1974 to van t Hoff, Pijnacker as MAAIKE where it was converted to a 0-4-0T. By late 1995 it was at Rijssens, Overrijssel, Netherlands, and where it remained in 2011.

Robin R Beck states that this loco was originally built as a fireless loco but was later rebuilt as a conventional steam loco.
