Owner from 2023: Eurovapor, Germany operating group The locomotive will be made operational in Huttwil by the end of 2023 and will then be transferred to Würzburg.

Delivered to the DRB in the second year of WW2 as No. 64 518 which, after being stored in the American and Brish sectors following the confrontation, was placed to work in the emerging DB with the same identity, and being re-numbered from 1968 as 064 518-4. It was withdrawn from traffic at Bw Tübingen in December 1972 and first preserved by EUROVAPOUR the following year, initially at the same location. It had a replacemnent boiler in 1998 from Raw Meiningen, having been placed with the VDB, Huttwil, Switzerland since 1997 and where it was with the succeeding VHE during 2005.
