This locomotive former (if not still) bore the false plates off SLM 1798/1907.

After spending several years as a monument at Baden, Switzerland, this locomotive was removed in 1974 (!). It was used as a parts donor for the restoration of sister engine 5819 (in fact they exchanged parts). Afterwards it was stored in a shed at Glarus, Switzerland, in green rust protection paint. May 21, 2012, it was towed from Glarus to Brugg, Switzerland, for restoration to working order.
