Is the Goshen, Virginia location the current location of this engine, or was that it before it went to Utica?

This loco was stored on the Morris County Central Railroad at both Whippany and Newfoundland, NJ and was at one point considered for operation.

CPR 453 has been cosmetically restored and is displayed at the K&K Hobby Shop on French Road in Utica, NY

the locomotive is by a train store called k&k trains near the Home Depo, it is in Utica but not by Union station a different engine is there

Is not at Utica, NY station.  Its on a piece of panel track near K&K Hobbies in New Hartford (suburb of Utica).  Cosmetically restored with many pieces/hardware missing.

The 453 has been cosmeticly restored and is on display at the utica station.
