As of November 2012, this locomotive is still housed at Schaffhausen, Switzerland. It seems unlikely, that it will go to St. Sulpice, Swtzerland. It is in working order, operating a few times every year. Please remove it from the Citev location and add Schaffhausen, Switzerland as the correct location.

This locomotive now is in Switzerland. At the moment it is at Schaffhausen, Switzerland, but it will go to St. Sulpice, Switzerland (VVT), in the near future.
