Yes, indeed this is a Baldwin locomotive. However, she was backdated in 1933 at the CB&Q's Aurora Shops to resemble Hannibal & St. Joseph RR #35.

werent most American Classics woodfired? becuase they were mader in teh time when coal was still expensive to buy and wood was more readily available. tha tis why her stack is shaped lieka  ballon ( ballon stack ) to catch the sparks.

I think this engine was actually built by Baldwin.
