This listing is a duplicate of A&LM No. 3 2-6-2 on display a the zoo in Monroe, Louisiana.  

I am a volunteer at the zoo and I have seen the builder's medallion.  It is indeed Baldwin Locomotive Works, December 1927 in Philadelphia.  It's construction number is 60295.

It's coal car has "Arkansas Louisiana & Missouri Railway" painted on it.

The Monroe Zoo is in Berstein Park. 

The locomotive may have once been used by the Brown Paper Mill Co.
