Perhaps, to avoid repetition and also alleviate any mis-representation, the builder of this locomotive perhaps needs to be amended to either Vulcan Iron Works or Vulcan Iron Works (Wilkes-Barre), whichever is deemed most appropriate also allowing the consolidation of this named builder ? I would suggest those over the pond deal with this conundrum appropriately!!

I confirmed this with the Chester Railway Museum (where this locomotive is located) and according to them, this engine is Deer Island Granite #74. She is a Vulcan-built locomotive that was constructed in 1930.
