This loco has now been withdrawn from service for an overhaul and rebuild and is stored under cover at the Glenbrook Vintage Railway awating overhual.

Owned by Les Hostick. Was stored on display at Te Awamutu railway museum, then moved to Mainlien Steam. Now restored & running excursions on the main line. Class leader & last survivor of North British Oil-Burning Ja Class.
