This loco was not built by Baldwin. It is a replica of a Baldwin Hawaiian plantation loco Built by Walt Disney Imagineering in 1970.

Builder should be changed to Baldwin Locomotive Works and year to 1887. P.S. was originally built for a Hawaiian pineapple plantation.

These locomotives and their RR operated on a track that ran trough the Fort Wilderness Resort in Orlando. They were stored because they were not properly maintained, derailments were common because the track was set on soft clay and the track shifted. The original designs were smaller than what the engines ended up as. The FWRR closed and the engines were stored. When Disneyland Paris opened they needed carts for the mainstreet horse carragies the a few cars of the FWRR were taken but the engines and a few cars remained. Resently they were taken out of storage and were cleaned up.
