The former Southern Railway Schools Class 4-4-0 No. 928 "Stowe" has been moved from the Bluebell Railway and relocated to J. M. Steam Engineering Ltd. at their site at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre at Quainton Road in Buckinghamshire for its overhaul to be completed as the workshops at Sheffield Park are full with other overhaul and restoration projects. It is hoped that No. 928 will be turned out in Southern Olive Green livery when she returns to traffic in two years.

One of the three surviving 'Schools' class locos of the Southern Railway. These powerful three cylinder locos were Britain's last new 4-4-0s and Europe's most powerful 4-4-0. They worked express trains on the Southern where their power made for some lively running. All were named after British public schools.
