This engine has been sand blasted and resurfaced and from the street looks brand new and ready to go to work! Restoration occurred 2016-17 with rededication in October 2017. VERY,VERY,VERY good job with many volunteer hours involved!

I saw it a few weeks ago and it was under a tent for cosmetic restoration and a temporary fence surrounding it

The "Alco-Pittsburgh Construction Number List" indicates that Construction Numbers 48635 through 48645, Road Numbers 205 through 215, were built during January of 1911 with a "Specified" weight of 209,000 pounds (This is not necessarily the "Actual" weight).
