The cosmetic restoration on former NCB Scotland Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST No. 21 (No. 2289) has now been completed and the locomotive looks a lot better then it did before. No. 21 has now returned to the National Mining Museum at Newtongrange in East Lothian, Scotland for display along side sister Andrew Barclay built 0-6-0ST No. 3 "Lady Victoria" there.

Currently at the Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway ex NCB Scotland Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST No. 21 (No. 2289) is undergoing cosmetic restoration for the Scottish National Mining Museum there.

The ex NCB Scotland Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST No. 21 has been moved to the Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway where its to undergo much needed cosmetic overhaul there.
