The Swedish 4-6-0 continues its UK tour, but seems to be getting nowhere nearer restoration as it makes yet another move!

The former Swedish State Railways B Class 4-6-0 SJ No. 1313, has been put up for sale as the locomotive has been deemed surplus to requirements at Lincolnshire Wolds Railway. No. 1313 was built in 1917 for the Swedish State Railways, and was withdrawn from service in 1963. It was bought for preservation in the UK in the 1970s and was shipped over to operate at the Bo’ness & Kinneil Railway in Scotland. No. 1313 remained at Bo’ness until 1991 and was sold to the North Tyneside Steam Railway, where it remained until the early 2000s when the locomotive moved to its current home at the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway. Now up for sale No. 1313 is set to go to a new home.
