This locomotive does appear to be a tank, at one time it was a tank engine. But at Monticello it was given a tender and the tanks were removed. The tender was placed elsewhere when #1 was put on display.

Pardon me, but there seems to be no tender behind this engine. Should it be a 0-4-0T?
