I played on this locomotive in the park in Warren when I was young. Most of the appliances have been stripped over the years. Even the unusual builders plate on the tender which shows in this photo is now gone.

Note that the rear truck wheels are spoked. The Warren and Quachita Valley # 1 at North Freedom, Wi. also has a miss matched set of tender trucks the same as this. Maybe the shop keepers swapped them. I remember when the city painted it red as shown, but the locomotive has been returned to a black color as it should be.
