The former Vickers Armstrong Ltd, Aveling Porter built 0-4-0GWT Traction Engine locomotive Works No. 8800 "Sir Vincent", has now left the private Fifield Railway of the late David Buck as it has been sold to its new owner Dale Dunbar and has relocated to Braidenhill Farm near Coatbridge in Lanarkshire, Scotland for use on their private railway there which runs on a former siding of the former Monkland & Kirkintilloch Railway. The plan is to operate the locomotive on special public open days at the farm.

The former Vickers Armstrong Ltd, Aveling Porter built 0-4-0GWT Traction Engine locomotive Works No. 8800 "Sir Vincent", has been put up for sale by the family of the late David Buck to see it go to a new home for future preservation.

The former Vickers Armstrong Ltd. Aveling Porter built 0-4-0GWT Traction Engine locomotive "Sir Vincent", is visiting Fawley Hill at Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, for their Fawley Hill Vintage Festival over the weekend of the 17th to 19th of May 2024.
