This old industrial loco from the iron ore quarries of Northamptonshire has been bought by the National Railway Museum, York to be cosmetically restored. This will widen the range of the collection in two ways by adding a quarry locomotive and a 3 foot gauge loco.

The photo shows 'Handyman' sitting on a lowmac wagon in the workshop of the National Railway Museum, with the frames of 'Flying Scotsman' out of shot to the right and pioneer Class 20 diesel-electric D8000 behind.
