A locally built loco from Stoke builders Kerr Stuart. This is a design first supplied to the Moss Bay steelworks in Workington, Cumbria, which is the origin of the loco name. Kerr Stuart used the class name Moss Bay for all locos of this design that they built.

It was preserved by Staffordshire County Council as an example of local engineering products.
