The former Courtaulds Ltd Peckett built 0-4-0T Works No. 1900 "Flying Buffer Beam" is currently undergoing overhaul in the workshops of the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre which is making good progress.

Still under restoration. It is hoped to be under steam in 2024.

How low can you go with a standard gauge loco? This must be near the limit, unless you know of something even more cut down. Look how a normal size loco coupled to it towers over it. Why was it built like this? It can only have pulled flat wagons, surely!
