This is Manning, Wardle & Co. of Leeds, England No. 1609 of 1903 dispatched to the Palmajero & Mexican Gold Fields Co. Ltd. Guage is (or was) 2ft 6in and it is a 2-4-2T with 10 x 16 cylinders and 2ft 6in driving wheels. Palmajero & Mexican Gold Fields were formed in 1898 as a reconstruction of Palmarejo Mining Co. Ltd. This company survived until September 1964.
