Because the museum CAN operate the locomotive, you should change the status from display to operational.

The John Bull was the first engine to operate on the Camden & Amboy, and on its first train there it was derailed when it ran over and killed a wild hog.

The John Bull is indeed a 4-2-0.  Originally built as a 0-4-0, the lead driver was disconnected at the time the pilot was added.

You have this listed as a 4-2-0 the engine is a 2-4-0 your specs. listing needs to be corrected.

This is the oldest locomotive that can run on it's own power.

This is the ORIGINAL JOHN BULL. It is oerational, and the Smithsonian could run it if they wanted to.
