With the construction and testing now all completed the new build West of Fife Munitions Railway North Bay Engineering built 0-4-0ST "Big Dave" has now relocated to its new home at the Lathalmond Railway Museum at Lathalmond in Fife, Scotland. Where it will operate on the West of Fife Munitions narrow gauge Railway there.

The loco is under construction for the West of Fife Munitions Railway and is to the design of the Bagnall 'Sipat' locomotive. On October 4th 2021 the loco was test run on rollers at the builder's works.
