One of a class of four delivered direct to Bulgaria during WW2. It was last known to be at the Vasil Markov depot in Sophia where photographed as a museum running example when restored.

Said to be the last active BDŽ steam locomotive in Bulgaria. Withdrawn from service in 1991.
