I believe this locomotive is at Fort Smith Arkansas (AR), not Arizona (AZ).

This locomotive is now on display at the Fort Smith Trolley Museum, while we raise money for an operational restoration!

This 15" gauge park locomotive was operational until 2016 when it suffered a tube failure. It is currently out of service, awaiting repairs.
