One of four locos still reported in this scrap yard. According to 'Steam Railway' magazine it was withdrawn from service as long ago as the 1960s and sold to Thomas Muir at an unknown date. It has been in scrap yards ever since. Recent photos show a fairly complete loco but steadily advancing rust, as you can, no doubt imagine.
