It was ARCHIE at Thirlmere in 1988 but JACK when seen at Toronto in 2010.

I believe that ‘JACK’ is a completely different locomotive!

Supplied for the construction of Burrinjuck Dam. It appears this locomotives identity was confused with a sister engine. Was displayed at Thirlmere Railway Museum as Archie from 1975 to 2008. Now at Lake Macquarie railway for restoration.
