Some new information has come to light as it turns out that "Smokey Joe" had been at the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway before when it was new in the late 1990s before it came to the Sherwood Forest Railway in 1999. So its visit for the 70th anniversary will be a quit special.

Sherwood Forest Railway 0-4-0ST-T No. 1 "Smokey Joe" will be making a rare visit away from its home railway as it will be visiting the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway for the very first time for their 70th Anniversary Weekend as well on the 14th and 15th July 2018.
