I have finally located the locomotive. It is behind the Cluj-Napoca train station, here: http://wikimapia.org/#lat=46.7869995&lon=23.5933864&z=18&l=0&m=b Unfortunately it is in a pretty bad shape. It was taken there about two years ago in order to be restored, but instead it has been abandoned. The locomotive is not anymore in the railway park. It has been moved. According to unofficial sources it is somewhere behind the train station in Cluj-Napoca.
