The "Alco-Montreal Construction Number List" indicates that Construction Numbers 52054 through 52078, Road Numbers 1037 through 1061, were shipped to "Canadian Pacific" during December of 1912. All of the units were 4-6-0's and had a "Specified" total weight of 198,000 pounds. (This is not necessarily the "Actual" total weight)

1057 is in excellent working order. The railroad's other locomotive, 136, needs boiler work and is currently not being used. There are good photo ops of 1057 in the station, but none on the line as there are no curves. The locomotive is not visible from the train at any time. You can, however, park at one of the crossings north of the station and take photos.
