- Oil as fuel? Surely not when it was built in 1863. - V&T #21’s name is J.W. BOWKER, not Broker.

the cab-forward is not scrapped. I saw it in 2019.

3 Std. Ga. 4-2-4 T were used by the Ferrocarril de Tlalpam in México City, researching actual builder and serial numbers.

This engine was named the J.W. Broker by the Central Pacific.

This is actually Central Pacific no 3, 1 was its Southern Pacific number.
