The "Alco-Montreal Construction Number List" indicates that Construction Numbers 48339 through 48348, Road Numbers 1851 through 1860 were shipped to "Canadian Pacific" during July and August of 1910. If the Road Numbers increased sequentially with the Construction Numbers, this unit's original number would have been 1851. All of the units were 2-8-0's and had a "Specified" total weight of 219,000 pounds. (This is not necessarily the "Actual" total weight)
