Thomas Kautzor was quite correct in October 2023. This photo is of TPI 8 a 2-4-2T built by Vulcan Iron Works 4654 of 1947 at the sugar factory near Lampang where there are 4 locos 750 Lampang Sugar Mill Ko Kha Plinth 1 0-4-2T Baguley 2010 1921 BG106 314 750 Lampang Sugar Mill Ko Kha Plinth 7 2-4-2T VIW 4657 1947 BG106 314 750 Lampang Sugar Mill Ko Kha Stored 6 2-4-2T VIW 4655 1947 BG106 314 750 Lampang Sugar Mill Ko Kha Stored 8 2-4-2T VIW 4654 1947 BG106 314 ENDS

The photo shows TPI 2-4-2T 8 at Kho Ka Sugar Mill, near Lampang.

Text says 0-4-2ST... photo shows a side tank. Probably 0-6-0... possibly not even an HC as it looks very American.
