A Volunteer at the museum says this locomotive is due for restoration soon. It was owned at one time by the woodland Museum Tourist Railroad, at Cooperstown, New York. TM

You are correct this is the engine from the Toy Train Museum.

This engines real name is No.3 you see it used to be No.2 but it's now officially No.3.

Based on the ownership history, I believe this may be ex-Pine Creek Railroad #3, which at some point went to the International Toy Train Museum in Lakeland, Florida, and is now operational(?) at the Georgia Agrirama in Tifton, GA.
