I believe that this is a class 19C rather than 19D.

this is a class 19d  torpedo tender  fonndly konow by the crews as dolly

boiler pressure = 210 lbs per square inch.

fuel =coal fired

maily used on branch line with a light track and light traffic

 has a good turn of speed and can effortlessly reach 75 km/hour

trouble free and pleasant locomotives to work on. and i am speaking from expeirience.will get more info if you wqant on most sar locos . let me know
