At date (2013.10.19) the loco stands under cover in one of the new storage sheds recently erected at Sandstone Estates to house their enormous collection of railway stock. 15" x 22" design, the loco was imported to South Africa to work at the Transvaal & Delagoa Bay Collieries at Witbank later being sold to USCO (Union Steel Corporation Ltd.) for shunting at their huge Vaal Works at Vereeniging. USCO plinthed the loco after it became redundant when the company replaced steam with diesel on their system. Later it was obtained by Geoff Pethick who placed it into the care of the Sandstone Heritage Trust.
