27 locomotives were stored on sidings at Chamdor where a large scale attack by armed scrap thieves took place in 2010. The locos suffered severe damage as the thieves sought out the non ferrous metals in the locos. All were so badly damaged that there was no alternative but to sell the remains for scrap. This loco has been lost.
