Originally named Lydia, but Six Flags renamed it Charles Patton after the long-time engineer at Six Flags who retired as Steam Locomotive Engineer from the T&P and with with Six Flags from 1960 (before the park opened) until 1982. Boiler Pressure also 150psi. This engine takes more skill to fire and engineer than Six Flags No.1 (Green Train) but is my favorite to operate of the two.

The Plymouth's are only used to move the coaches by the mechanics, and are never used with passengers.

This locomotive and number 1 at Six Flags over Texas both are operational as of 10/22/05. The park also owns two plymouth switcher which they supposively use when the park is crowded and there is not enough time to fire up the steam engines or if there is a problem with the steam locomotive.
