I was attending SFASU at the time this locomotive was relocated there.  When delivered, the firebox floor was rusted out and the tender and other sheet iron had several places rusted through.  Since that time, some work has been done to stabilize the deterioration.  The cab floor is in fair condition and she has a fresh coat of paint in 2006.  She is now behind a chain link fence that limits the quality of photos you can get of her without opening the gate and getting inside.  They have added a little track behind her and a log car.

I am very familiar with this locomotive because I attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where this locomotive is displayed behind the forestry building.  Unfortunately, it is not in the best condition.  One coupler is missing and the footboards are rotten.  The tender has several rust holes.
