In service with the Belarusian Railway since construction. In the mid-1950s to the Moscow-Kursk-Donbass railway. He was then taken back to Grodno by the Belarusian Railway. In 2012, the locomotive was restored in retro style in accordance with historical reality at the Lida depot 2014 -2016 worked with the retro train “Victory Train”

Decommissioned in Mitsekvichi in the 80s Excluded from the inventory park in 2016 (Krichev storage base)

Not Beyer Peacock 5629 of 1913 but Dundalk 42 of 1938. For accounting purposes 171 was "rebuilt" but in fact Dundalk built a completely new loco with new works number.
