Manufacturer: Kharkov Locomotive Plant Serial number: 3945 ; Built: 1934 Delivered to the Far Eastern Railway. From 1943 it served as part of ORKP-43 and ORKP-59 on the Northern Front. Since 1945 Depot Kandalaksha, later Depot Kem, Volkhovstroy, Khvoinaya. Since 1964, Leningrad-Sortirovochny-Vitebsky depot, then Malaya Vishera. Since 1988, it was transferred to the Bologoye depot, where it was in the reserve of the Ministry of Railways. Retired in 1994. Seen in the 1988 film “The Flight of a Bird.” In 1996 it was erected as a monument at the Uglich train station. Location: 57.50651792334681, 38.32452041243262

This loco was not built by Resita. The Romanian builder only delivered class E 0-10-0s to the Soviet Union following World War Two under a compensation agreement of January 1945. It was built by Kharkov works in 1928.

The ex GWR Large Prairie 2-6-2T No. 5164 has now left Barrow Hill Roundhouse, and is currently taking part in the Warley Model Railway Club Show at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham this weekend, afterwards No. 5164 will be relocated to Tyseley Locomotive Works for storage while a futher detailed assessments of the condition of No. 5164 will be carried out prier to overhaul.

The overhaul on ex LMS Black Five No. 45305 "Alderman A E Draper" is now underway at the sheds at Loughborough, as the boiler has been lifted for work to be carried out.

The former Woolwich Arsenal Avonside built 18nich gauge 0-4-0T (Works No. 1748) No. 1 "Woolwich" has undergone a cosmetic makeover and has now been placed on display for visitors to enjoy the locomotive within their museum building, whilst an assessment is carried out to plan for a full restoration in the longer term.

Built by Resita Delivered to the Moscow-Kursk railway (Orel depot). Moved to Vladimir Depot in 1935. Moved to the Kovrov depot in 1940. In 1943 it was transferred to the Moscow-Kursk-Donbass railway. c/n 6446 Ran on the Yuzhno-Uralskaya Railway until 1997. After decommissioning, it was used for heating in the coal depot of the Troitsk depot of the South Ural Railway.

Obtained from one of the Saratov companies. The locomotive was identified by the tender number. The actual number of the steam locomotive is probably Eu705-... from the Putilov factory (Leningrad). Should be located at Trofimovsky-II station.
