RTM denotes Rotterdam Tramweg Maatschappij for whom this originally worked as No. 54 to a gauge of 1067mm. Later this went to the RTM (confusingly the M now becomes Museum, Hellevoetsluis, Grevelinen) until at least 1975, after which it reached the RTM in Ouddorp, Goeree-Overflakkee, South Holland, Netherlands.

Please see my note regarding ‘sister’ No 50, albeit from a different manufacturer, regarding it being a 0-4-0WT despite being built for the Rotterdam Tramway Co. (RTM). Now owned by the Dutch Tramway Society (Tramweg-Stichting).
