An ALCO, Richmond Works locomotive, built in February, 1918 (Boiler Plate # 58280) would have been what wheel configuration? Is there a list somewhere that could tell this? Thanks for any help.

I heard that the Western Maryland Scenic Railway in Maryland bought #1615 to be restored to operating condition and would be dressed up as western maryland #1118.

The "Alco-Richmond Construction Number List" indicates that Construction Numbers 58815 through 58879 (no Road Numbers were specified) were built during 1918 (no month or months were specified) for the "Russian Government" but were never delivered. All of the units were 2-10-0's with a "Specified" weight of 200,000 pounds (This is not necessarily the "Actual" weight).
