The actual address is Via dei Pioppi, 6616 Losone, Switzerland. No recorded identity or previous history other than handler Fritz Marti, Winterthur, Switzerland.

June 8, 2008 It is hardly possible to take a reasonaby good photo of this locomotive (even with a wide angle lens). From the outside a fence and a hedge prevent photography, from the hotel side a tree and kind of a platform nearly hide the locomotive

This locomotive is not at Locarno Solduno, but across the river Maggia at Losone, Switzerland. Location: playground, Hotel "Albergo Losone". It is here for years.

The wrong location may stem from the fact, that the display at the playground is set up as a little train stop, using the old shelter relocated from the former Solduno station, lettered "Solduno"
