1955 Delivered to Zaklady Azotowe (chemical plant) in Kedzierzyn-Kozle, then CHP Victoria (hard coal mine) in Walbrzych (no specific date) / 1989 sold to Stoomcentrum Maldegem in Belgium / 2005 resold to Compagnie Internationale des Trains Express A Vapeur in France / currently at MaLoWa Bahnwerkstatt GmbH, Benndorf, for refurbishment

This locomotive is not Tkp 4430 but Tkp 4436.
