Originally, post my 2019 comment, this was VEB Energy supply company, Dresden (no known identity) before going to nearby Pirna. and later still in 1995, to Chemiefaser AG, Lenzing, Austria as “PIRNA” and where it still was in 2002.

This is Heizkraftwerk, Pirna (Sachsen, DDR) and, from 2006, un-numbered at Werksbahn Chemiefaserwerk Lenzing, Austria. Currently at Ulmerfeld-Hausmening, Austria
