I have visited the 719 recently and she seems to be in alright shape. Outside this locomotive looks very nice. The city must have painted her recently although there are rust spots that are showing up along the boiler and tender. The bell clapper is also missing and wood on the pilot is rotting and not looking well. As far as the inside of the cab goes, all of the appliances, gauges, levers, and handles are gone. The seats are pretty much rotten away and the windows are broken out. This locomotive would still need a lot of work done to her but restoration does not seem that far off.
