this locomotive is actually owned by the lackawanna historical society in scranton PA, and there is currently a big legal battle over the locomotive because they want it back and st. louis refuses to give it back.

The "Alco-Schenectady Construction Number List" indicates that Construction Numbers 30547 through 30556, Road Numbers 944 through 953, were shipped to the "Delaware, Lackawanna & Western" during April of 1905. All of the units were 4-4-0's with a "Specified" weight of 140,000 pounds (This is not necessarily the "Actual" weight).

Here is some info on the camelback. The engine worked on the Erie railroad. It was built in 1897. The engine weight was 218000lb's. Have more photos and I will be happy to see them.
