this locomotive will be moving to the riverside and great northern after October 6th

This loco was built by Sandley Light Railway works at Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. If you contacted the Riverside & Great Northern railway (successor to Sandley), they could probably fill you in on most of the rest of the statistics.
