Built 1902 as C25 and in service same year. Another C class locomotive that was modified in 1926 at Launceston workshops, becoming CCS25. Withdrawn in 1965. Donated by Australian National Railway, when they operated Tasmanias trains to the Don River society. Was used on their branch line to Coles Beach where the railway joins the Burnie to Devonport line. Last few years being overhauled. The boiler is progressing well, frames overhauled and freshly painted. As seems usual the tender is off a different 1906 built class member. The odd thing is there is a 1906 works plate on the frames of CCS25 suggesting at sometime, parts off C26 or C27 were used to rebuild this engine.
